Mrs Desislava Spassova is the founding partner of Spassova and Asociates Law Firm. She graduated in 2007 from Sofia „St. Kliment Ohridski“ University, with a degree in Law.  Furthermore, she gained a 3-year professional experience at another prestigious Bulgarian law firm. Mrs Spassova is now enrolled in a LL.M. Program in "European and International Business Law"at the University of Vienna.

She has extensive experience in advising foreign companies entering the Bulgarian market. Mrs Spassova specialises in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Litigation and Dispute Resolution. In addition she has significant experience in the field of Consulting Services and the Utility Sector.

Mrs Spassova is a member of the Sofia Bar Association.

She speaks English fluently and has good knowlegde of French.
